The location, the friendly staff.

You hear the sounds of the other rooms... It's a bit annoying if there is childrens next door.

Room very clean and nice. Reception staff very nice. Very good location (2-3 minutes to San Martin square or Retiro station).

Low quality breakfast, staff at breakfast not very helpfull, when it was busy it was even hard to find a knife and a fork... In the room was very cold and temperature cannot be adjusted... Very noisy as well, you can hear the neighbours talking, not to mentiod if they forget to close the TV during the night or if there were kids crying/screaming... No late check outs are available...

Great location, easy walk to attractions with friendly staff and a nice pool. The room was comfortable and featured a handy small kitchen.

Experiencing a complete water stoppage during peak hours was frustrating, particularly without prior notice. Limited business facilities may not suit all travelers.

My room included a kitchen area and a couch.

Friendly and helpful staff, good location in good area and walking distance to many of the places of interest. Spacious room. Free wireless internet in room.

The fantastic fresh juice in the lobby felt refreshing after a long day of exploring, and the neighborhood-style restaurant across the street made us feel like old friends every time we visited.

Recommended for a Couple's Getaway

The room was spacious and clean, very helpful and attentive staff. The location was terrific, off the main drag but close to everything. The hotel recommended this neighborhood-style restaurant across the street, where they greeted us like old friends, and the empanadas were out of this world!

It wasn't exactly cheap, but for what we got, it was still acceptable.

It's in a very nice part of Buenos Aires, very close to Plaza San Martin. My room (king suite) was large, clean, well maintained and comfortable. Breakfast consisted of a quite wide selection of different cakes, but also some cheese, ham, eggs, cereals, fruit, juices, and was available between 7.00 and 11.00. Wifi was free. I would stay there again.

The wifi connection could have been faster and more reliable in general. The breakfast area was a bit too small for the size of the hotel.

Some concerns arose with chaotic check-in, where the communication barrier was evident, coupled with a less-than-ideal breakfast buffet experience. The hotel's location felt a bit sketchy at night, slightly affecting the overall comfort of the stay.
